◆每層糊輪的轉(zhuǎn)動均由變頻電機單獨控制,由變頻器控制即保證每層糊輪線速的同步,又可以單獨運轉(zhuǎn)。

◆因每層糊輪的轉(zhuǎn)動由變頻電機單獨控制,故此在上漿輥翻新后仍可以由變頻器調(diào)控每層糊輪同線速。

◆上糊量和控糊量的控制可分手動和自動兩種:

◆手動時根據(jù)速度去點動電機達到所需的控糊量;

◆自動時根據(jù)速度的變化由編碼器和PLC自動控制完成并有人機界面顯示數(shù)值，確保瓦楞機在高、低速運轉(zhuǎn)時所需要的上糊量保證見坑紙質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性。

◆停機時，觸壓輪自動抬起，漿輥(糊轆)將自動空轉(zhuǎn)。

◆可選擇壓輥加壓或彈性觸壓棒加壓方式。

◆In manual mode, the motor is moved according to the speed to achieve the required amount of paste control; 

◆In the case of automatic, the encoder and PLC are automatically controlled according to the speed change. And the man-machine interface displays the value to ensure the amount of paste required by the corrugator at high and low speeds to ensure the stability of the paper quality.

◆When the machine is stopped, the touch roller will automatically lift up, and the paddle roller (gluing roller) will automatically run idly.

◆Press roller pressure or elastic touch bar pressure can be selected.
